Puerto Vallarta relaxation is what the doctor ordered when Stacey and I decided to have a long weekend to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and have our first kid-free getaway together in a few years. We chose Puerto Vallarta generally and Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway specifically as a good place to have some time together without parenting duties.
This was my second visit to Puerto Vallarta and Stacey’s first. We stayed three nights at Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway, a boutique adults-only resort on the beautiful Banderas Bay, just a few blocks from the famed Malecon where plenty of shopping, nightlife and dining options await. We actually spent much of our time on the resort, relaxing by the pool, in the warm Pacific Ocean waters and enjoying the various restaurant options of the property. But we also got off property to check out the beauty and culture of Puerto Vallarta and the city’s awesome dining scene.
